KATRINA MCCARTHY

Katrina is a third-generation native born in Mesa and raised in Tempe. She is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.  Go Devils!  She gained experience in sales, marketing and management from Black & Decker/DEWALT, Newell Rubbermaid, Galderma Laboratories, and Alcon.  She received world-renowned training and awards from these Fortune 500 companies.  Katrina ended her corporate career as a director for one of the largest eye care companies on the western half of the US.  She feels so blessed to have had such large opportunities in her corporate career and knows it helps her daily in her real estate career.  She was also a cheerleader for the NFL.  Go Cardinals!  

Katrina has been in residential real estate for over a decade now.  Wow, time flies when you’re having fun!  She has successfully closed over 340 properties.  She and her team work extremely hard – 7 days a week to be exact.  The McCarthy Group are dedicated, experienced, full-time real estate agents.  Who you hire, matters.  Being born and raised in Arizona, she understands this market and knows how to make clients successful.  Katrina has lived, worked or has family in nearly every city or town in this beautiful state.  She knows AZ!  Katrina enjoys serving her friends, family and clients.  She will make sure this is your best home buying and/or selling experience. 

Brandon is a third-generation Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale. He attended Brophy College Preparatory and went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in Tucson, earning degrees in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Business Management.

After graduation, Brandon worked for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company providing technology solutions for financial institutions. He worked extensively with executive management to build, implement, and train teams on budgeting software. 

Brandon has been a valuable team member of The McCarthy Group and has closed over 300 deals in the nearly 9 years he has been with them. He has always had a passion for renovating homes and loves bringing properties back to life with modern updates while preserving the unique character of the home and surrounding community. He has personally renovated multiple homes and is always on the lookout for the next opportunity to transform a property.

Born and raised in Naperville, Illinois, Steven brings Midwestern values, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every client relationship. He earned his degree in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and spent 16 years at PetSmart leading initiatives across operations, analytics, E-commerce, and IT—experience that sharpened his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Since transitioning into real estate, Steven has built a reputation for exceptional service, smart strategy, and consistent results. With six years of experience and more than 265 successful transactions, he approaches every deal with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families navigating a new chapter, Steven is known for clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to making the process smooth and successful from start to finish.
